25 years on: Never forgotten
Liverpool Football Club remembers the 96 supporters who died at Hillsborough on the 25th anniversary of the disaster.
96 men, women and children lost their lives as a result of the events that unfolded on April 15, 1989 at the FA Cup semi-final at Hillsborough.
Over the last 25 years, the families who lost loved ones and the survivors of the disaster have shown immense dignity and resilience.
As a football club, we will continue to remember those who died and support the families in whatever way we can.
