To mark 30 years since Liverpool achieved the treble in 1983-84 under Joe Fagan, all this week on Liverpoolfc.com and LFCTV GO we will be telling the story of exactly how it was achieved.

The celebrations get underway on Monday, May 26, before finishing appropriately on Friday, May 30 which was the day Liverpool won the European Cup to seal the treble in 1984.

We have exclusive interviews with the men who helped spearhead the treble challenge like captain Graeme Souness, the most fearsome striker in world football at that time, Ian Rush, and European Cup heroes Alan Kennedy and Phil Neal.

We also get the view from the press box with the recollections from commentators and reporters close to Fagan at the time, and hear the Merseyside view from Everton, including an exclusive chat with their greatest ever manager, Howard Kendall.

There's also a fascinating insight into Fagan's achievements with a tour of the club museum to find some incredible memorabilia from a truly inspirational campaign.

What Fagan achieved by winning three trophies in his first season in charge cannot be underestimated, and by paying this week-long tribute to the class of 1984, we recall just what an unforgettable campaign that was.
