Ladies' U17s claim Youth Cup glory
Liverpool Ladies' U17s side scooped The FA Girls' Youth Cup on Sunday with a narrow 1-0 victory over neighbours Everton.
Kess Elmore struck the only goal of a hard-fought encounter midway through the second half to hand her side the spoils.
The tie was played at Milton Keynes Dons, with the youngsters' success adding to the Women's Super League title triumph achieved by the senior team last season.
