Fans can help shape the club's future via the first official Liverpool FC International Fan Survey, which launched on Friday September 12.

The club have launched their campaign to better understand over 580 million Reds followers worldwide.

The survey aims to find out how supporters became part of the LFC family, how long they spend following the team, how they consume club news and their viewing habits.

The Reds have been striving to bring fans across the world closer to their beloved club by communicating and engaging with them in local language through 47 social media channels and three international websites – and the survey will also give supporters a chance to rate Liverpool FC’s global digital platforms and content, as well as the opportunity to say what they want to see more of.

Survey respondents will be entered into a free prize draw, where five lucky fans will get the chance to win a unique personalised video message from Reds legend and club ambassador Robbie Fowler, which will be sent directly to them to keep forever.

Fowler commented on the campaign: “This is the first international fan survey that Liverpool FC has done and it’s a fantastic way for followers from every corner of the globe to express their views about the club.

“LFC has some of the most passionate fans in the world, so I’m looking forward to hearing what they have to say, and finding out a bit more about our followers.”

Supporters wishing to take part have until 11.59pm BST on Wednesday October 2 to do so. They can answer the survey in any of the seven available languages from the links below.

Terms and conditions - #LFCsurvey prize draw

1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entrants must be over the age of 16 to enter. If the entrant is under 18 years of age, the Entrant's parents or legal guardian should review these Terms and Conditions to give the Entrant their permission to enter the prize draw.

3. Employee and their immediate families of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the Promoter and employees and their immediate families of any of the Promoter’s subsidiaries are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request information to verify the eligibility of an entrant at any time.

4. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. To enter complete the survey in full and input your email address where directed. A single entry per individual is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified but the initial entry will remain valid. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be deemed void.

6. The prize draw opens on Thursday 11 September 2014 at 10.00am BST and will close on Thursday 2 October 2014 at 23.59pm BST. No entries will be accepted outside this period and entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt into the promoter's (or an appointed agency) database.

7. Winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter. The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the prize draw opening and will be advised on how to redeem the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered

9. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.

11. The Promoter may use the winner's name, image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.

13. Your personal data will be collected and used by LFC for this competition only.

14. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

16. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

17. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of it.
