Didi joins Mighty for Vauxhall family day
Liverpool FC's official mascot Mighty Red and honorary Scouser Dietmar Hamann recently joined Vauxhall employees and their families to celebrate GM Ellesmere Port's Family Fun Day.
The event is hosted every year by the Ellesmere Port plant and welcomes more than 10,000 employees and their families.
Activities for 2014 gave attendees the chance to meet Hamann and Everton goalkeeping legend Neville Southall. The Liverpool and Everton duo also took to the stage for a Q&A with fans ahead of the weekend's derby game.
Meanwhile, Mighty showed off a brand new set of wheels, gifted to him by the Reds' official automotive partner, Vauxhall. Mighty will now travel in style to all games in the Mighty Mobile, a bespoke Vauxhall Zafira.
The Mighty Mobile is a Zafira Tourer 2.0 CDTI (165) in Sovereign Silver-Lace and Atlantis Jet Black. Equipped with Navi 600, this well-specced model also includes Bluetooth.
Vauxhall Motors is proud to be the official automotive partner of Liverpool Football Club. Signed in February 2014, the partnership will run through to the end of the 2015-16 season.
