Reds depart Speke for Swiss showdown
The Reds squad flew out of Liverpool John Lennon Airport on Tuesday, bound for Switzerland and the club's first Champions League clash away from home for five years.
Brendan Rodgers and his players will resume their Group B campaign with a fixture against Swiss champions FC Basel at St. Jakob-Park tomorrow evening, looking to build on an opening day victory over Ludogorets Razgrad.
The group set off this afternoon from Speke - and Spanish full-back Jose Enrique kept Kopites in the loop as the Reds waited on the tarmac for take-off, sharing the below picture via his official Twitter account.
