The man who also represented Southampton and Derby County, and played at the 1990 World Cup during his time as an England international, is the latest to take part in this exclusive series, with all but one of his selections featuring at Italia 90.
No fewer than five of his Three Lions teammates make the final cut, together with legends of the game from Italy, the Netherlands and Germany, while an England World Cup winner completes Wright's midfield.
