Ahead of Liverpool's Champions League tie with Real Madrid why not take an Anfield tour on Wednesday featuring a series of special Q&A sessions with Kop legend Alan Kennedy.

The UEFA Champions League Kop viewing tour gives visitors an exclusive, behind-the-scenes insight into UEFA's preparations for the arrival of Real Madrid.

Take a front row seat in the famous Kop stand as your tour guide explains how the stadium is transformed for a UEFA Champions League game and then reminisce about some of Anfield's greatest moments in European football.

In the 1981 European Cup final Kennedy was the hero as his solitary strike saw Liverpool dominate Europe once again after a 1-0 win over Real Madrid in the Paris final.

Ahead of Wednesday's game, Kennedy will be taking part in several Real Madrid matchday Q&A sessions.

Visitors will hear insights and dressing room tales from Alan as they watch UEFA's preparations from the Kop, and then invite questions in a fun-filled Q&A session.

The sessions will also include entry into the club's fantastic interactive museum, The Liverpool Story, where you can marvel at all the European silverware including the UEFA Champions League trophy, won on that glorious night in Istanbul.

To enhance your visit, every visitor to the museum is provided with a multimedia handset which offers a personalised 40 minute commentary by former Liverpool captain Phil Thompson, who shares his experiences of starting off as a fan right through to being the club's assistant manager.

The Real Madrid Matchday Kop Q&A sessions with Kennedy are available on Wednesday at 2pm BST, 3pm and 4pm.

Prices are £17 for adults, £11 for children/concessions and £48 for a family (two adults and two children). Each session is approximately 40 minutes in total.
