After six games in 28 days, it is time to select your Standard Chartered Player of the Month for October, with four players available for nomination: Philippe Coutinho, Jordan Henderson, Adam Lallana and Raheem Sterling.

The prize is decided by supporters in each and every month of the campaign, with the player who receives the most votes handed the trophy at a special presentation at the club's Melwood training complex.

October was a mix of emotions for the Reds. As well as Barclays Premier League wins against West Bromwich Albion and Queens Park Rangers, there was also dramatic Capital One Cup joy over Swansea City at Anfield.

However, Brendan Rodgers' side suffered Champions League defeats by FC Basel and Real Madrid, while Hull City secured a goalless stalemate in front of the Kop.

So, with the October action now complete, a Liverpoolfc.com panel have put together a shortlist of four players for this month's accolade.

Will you select Henderson to retain the award, having previously scooped it for his performances in September? The midfielder was impressive in the Reds' league wins over West Brom and QPR, netting the winner in the 2-1 success over the Baggies.

Or perhaps your vote will go to Lallana, who has continued to improve following his summer move from Southampton. He too was on the scoresheet against West Brom, firing a debut goal for the club to open the scoring.

Elsewhere, Coutinho turned in a string of lively displays and was instrumental in that 3-2 win at Loftus Road, netting a crucial strike en route to three points.

Sterling also continued to shine to maintain an excellent start to 2014-15, and he too was a key figure at QPR after playing a part in all three goals.

There are two methods to have your say on which of the quartet should take the trophy. Either use our online voting tool below or head to the official @LFC Twitter profile to retweet your preference, with all nominations cast to be combined to find a winner.
