Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli has been included in the latest Italy squad, announced today, for two matches during the upcoming international break.

Antonio Conte's team face Croatia at the San Siro in a crucial Euro 2016 qualifier on Sunday November 16, pitting together two sides with 100 per cent records to date in Group H.

The Italians have also arranged a friendly for two days later, with Albania their opponents, and Balotelli is part of the 26-man group picked for the pair of fixtures.

Shortly after the news was confirmed, the 24-year-old posted his delight on Facebook, commenting: "Glad to be back on the national team and proud to represent my country."
