Gallery: Reds stars spend day at Academy
Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool's senior players paid a special visit to the club's Academy to meet the potential talents of the future on Thursday, and our photographers went along too to capture this selection of images from the day.
The manager and his team imparted their wisdom and knowledge to various age groups during a series of sessions throughout a busy afternoon at the youth base in Kirkby, where hundreds of budding footballers hone their skills.
Liverpool Ladies were also in attendance to join the Academy's coaches and the first team in meeting the youngsters and watching their ability at close quarters - browse through the gallery below to see a host of pictures.
