On the anniversary of Ronnie Moran's debut as a player 62 years ago, David Fairclough tells Anfield 360 Added Time about his memories of Liverpool's sergeant major.

Fairclough had first-hand experience of Moran's down-to-earth coaching and mentoring during his days as a player, and in the show talks of his huge influence.

“He was crucial to Liverpool,” said Fairclough. "And it can never be underestimated the part he had to play in the success of the club.

“In the day-to-day training sessions, he was the voice always asking more of the players, always talking and never settling for less.”

Subscribers can also catch-up with the latest episode of Anfield 360, in which Fairclough looks back over the week’s news and towards Sunday’s clash with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Click play on the embedded videos below.
