Barbados Tourism have today launched a unique 'five days of Christmas' competition, offering Liverpool fans based in the United Kingdom an opportunity to win a series of incredible prizes throughout this week.

The social media giveaway involves a daily chance to win match tickets for several of the Reds' key upcoming fixtures and a signed shirt - while everybody who enters is automatically included in a draw to claim a holiday to the Caribbean island.

Entry could not be simpler - just tweet a festive picture of yourself in the Christmas spirit using the hashtag #BarbadosChristmas to be eligible, with bonus points to those who can incorporate an element of Barbados into their image.

For the first four days of the competition, Barbados Tourism will nominate the best submission as their chosen winner, and the opening prize on offer for today is a pair of tickets for Liverpool's Barclays Premier League clash against Arsenal on Sunday December 21.

Terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these conditions.

2. One winner per day, between Monday December 8 and Thursday December 11. Winner selected by Barbados Tourism Inc. based on the best picture they feel meets the brief mentioned in the competition description. The overall winner of the holiday to Barbados will be selected via random prize draw from all entrants between 10am GMT on Monday December 8 and 11.59pm on Thursday December 11.

3. Travel costs not explicitly mentioned in the prize and any related expenditure will not be covered or reimbursed by the promoter.

4. Only entrants from the United Kingdom are eligible to win the daily prizes and overall prize of the holiday to Barbados.

5. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and employees or family of any of their subsidiaries are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.

6. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm GMT on Thursday December 11, 2014.

7. In order to enter the draw, you must tweet an image with the correct hashtag and competition entry information before the closing date.

8. Multiple entries per day will be disqualified. Individuals can enter once per day across the competition duration. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.

9. Entrants must obtain parental/guardian's permission if U18. If the entrant is not yet 18 years of age, the entrant's parents or legal guardian should review these terms and conditions to give the entrant their permission to enter the competition.

10. The winner will be notified by Twitter direct message after selection.

11. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

12. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

13. The date and time of the match is subject to change.

14. The promoter may use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.

15. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

16. This competition shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.
