Liverpool will face Bolton Wanderers at Anfield in the fourth round of the FA Cup after Brendan Rodgers' side defeated AFC Wimbledon at Kingsmeadow on Monday night.

The draw for the next phase of the tournament was made prior to kick-off in the Reds' clash against Neal Ardley's Dons - a game which was settled by two strikes from Steven Gerrard.

The captain nodded Liverpool ahead against their League Two opposition, only for the visitors to be pegged back when Adebayo Akinfenwa equalised prior to the interval.

However, Gerrard had the final say in the contest as he arced a sublime 20-yard free-kick into the top corner of the goal to secure the win and set up a clash against Neil Lennon's Wanderers.
