Fans attending the West Ham United game on Saturday January 31 may notice some changes at Anfield, as work continues to expand the stadium's Main Stand.

In order to ensure that construction work can be carried out safely, existing hoardings have been extended at the Walton Breck Road entrance to the Main Stand.

As part of this change, the iron perimeter gates between the Kop and Main Stand have also been removed, allowing more space for supporters moving in and around the stadium on a matchday. These changes will be in place for the remainder of the season.

Fans are advised to plan their route to the stadium in advance and to allow extra time for their journey. For key information and a map, click here. For more information on the redevelopment of the Main Stand, click here.
