Brendan Rodgers will take charge of Liverpool for the 100th time in the Barclays Premier League when the Reds face Everton at Goodison Park today. Here are all the facts and figures from club statto Ged Rea.

This fixture last season was Rodgers' 50th in the Premier League with the Reds. He has presided over 53 wins thus far while only Kenny Dalglish, 61, Bill Shankly and Rafa Benitez, both on 56, and Bob Paisley, 54 have won more in bringing up their century.

Steven Gerrard could make his 33rd and final Merseyside derby appearance against Everton - only Ian Rush (36) has played in more for the club. It will be his 30th league derby and only Neville Southall, with 31, has appeared in more for either side.

The Reds captain is one goal from recording 50 away from home in the Premier League and his next goal in any competition will see him equal Robbie Fowler's club tally of 183.

Gerrard has 116 league goals. He will be looking to overhaul Dick Forshaw, on 117, and Michael Owen and Kenny Dalglish, both with 118, in the next few weeks.

Gerrard could become the first Liverpool player since Robbie Fowler in November 1997 to score in three successive derby matches.

Gerrard has scored 10 goals in 32 appearances against Everton – only three men have ever scored more in derby history. Ian Rush, with 25, has scored most followed by Blues legends Dixie Dean (19) and Sandy Young (12).

Today is the 224th Merseyside derby overall and the 192nd league meeting, with the Reds having won 73 to the Blues' 57. It is the most played derby in English league football.

The Reds have lost just three of the last 30 meetings in the Premier League home and away – all at Goodison - and are unbeaten in the last eight.

Liverpool have won four of the last seven league meetings at Goodison, losing once.

The only Reds player to score a hat-trick in a league derby at Goodison is Rush. He scored four in a 5-0 win in November 1982.

Dean is the last Everton player to score three in a game against Liverpool - hitting all his side’s goals in a 3-1 win at Anfield in September 1931.

The only hat-trick by a Blue at Goodison in this fixture came from Sandy Young in a 5-2 win in April 1904.

Only three members of the current Liverpool squad have scored for the club against Everton – Steven Gerrard (10 times), Daniel Sturridge (three) and Philippe Coutinho (once).

Lucas made his league debut for Liverpool against Everton as a substitute in October 2007 at Goodison. The Reds won 2-1.

Daniel Sturridge has scored six career goals against the Blues with three coming in three games for Liverpool.

Possible derby debutants for Liverpool include Emre Can, Mamadou Sakho and Jordon Ibe.

The Blues have come from behind to win a derby only once since the war - that came in 1992 when Peter Beardsley scored the winner at Goodison.

Roberto Martinez has managed against Liverpool 11 times in his career, winning twice.

The Blues go into this game having won one in the last nine in league and cup - at Crystal Palace last Saturday thanks to a second minute Romelu Lukaku goal.

Their last home win came against QPR on December 16, and since then they have not won in four. In 2015 they have drawn all three Goodison fixtures in league and cup against West Ham, Manchester City and West Brom.
