Making only his third start for the club since returning from a loan spell at Derby County, the 19-year-old had Kopites on the edge of their seats practically every time he received the ball out on the right flank.
He surged forward constantly, effortlessly gliding past opponents - and in the 83rd minute he made a crucial contribution, bursting into the penalty area where he was fouled by Ramon Motta, allowing Mario Balotelli to convert the winner.
