Brendan Rodgers makes four changes to his Liverpool starting XI for tonight's Europa League Round of 32 second leg clash against Besiktas at the Ataturk Stadium.

Mario Balotelli and Daniel Sturridge begin the game in attack, linking up front from the start for the first time since the pair helped piece apart Tottenham Hotspur on August 31.

Kolo Toure, fresh from lifting the Africa Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast at the start of the month, is restored to the side having watched Liverpool's win over Southampton on Sunday from the bench.

Alberto Moreno, who came on as a substitute during the 2-0 triumph over the Saints, is used from the start. Meanwhile, Academy duo Cameron Brannagan and Jordan Williams take their place on the bench as Martin Skrtel captains the side.

Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Toure, Lovren, Skrtel, Moreno, Ibe, Can, Allen, Sterling, Sturridge, Balotelli.

Substitutes: Ward, Manquillo, Lallana, Borini, Brannagan, Williams, Lambert.
