Injury will prevent Dirk Kuyt and Raul Meireles from taking part in the All-Star charity match at Anfield on Sunday - but the pair will still be in attendance and involved in LFCTV's matchday coverage.

Both players were substituted during Fenerbahce's 1-0 victory over Besiktas on Sunday, after picking up knocks in the Turkish Super Lig clash.

It means the former Reds duo have been ruled out of taking their place in Jamie Carragher's All-Star squad for the fixture, but both Kuyt and Meireles were determined to show their support.

As well as forming part of LFCTV's build-up to the game, appearing pitchside prior to the 3pm BST kick-off, the players are set to bring their families along to support the match.

Organised by the Liverpool FC Foundation, the contest features squads selected and skippered by Steven Gerrard and Carragher, and will raise vital funds for local charities in the process.

Luis Suarez, Fernando Torres, Xabi Alonso and more are set to return to their former home to join current Reds stars not on international duty and Academy starlets for the clash.

Nine extra guests, including Stewart Downing and Harry Kewell, were added to the squads yesterday - and you can click through the full, updated groups now by clicking here.

LFCTV HD will show the match live and exclusively in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, and the game will be available for fans around the world to watch on LFCTV GO.
