Philippe Coutinho's superb winner in the FA Cup quarter-final victory over Blackburn Rovers has been voted by fans as Liverpool's Goal of the Month for April, in association with EA SPORTS.

It is now a hat-trick of awards for the No.10 after he picked up the gongs for February and March.

Last month, a lovely move between Coutinho and Jordan Henderson ended with the Brazilian breaking through and firing home into the bottom corner of the net to send Brendan Rodgers' charges to Wembley.

The goal was the overwhelming favourite as it picked up 41 per cent of the votes in our online supporters' poll to claim the monthly accolade.

Academy starlet Ryan Kent's second goal during the U21s win over Everton at Goodison finished runner-up with 20 per cent, while Raheem Sterling's curling strike during the win over Newcastle United at Anfield came third.

Completing the top five in the results, whittled down from a 10-goal shortlist, Coutinho's semi-final effort against Aston Villa at Wembley was fourth while Joe Allen's spectacular Kop end finish was fifth.
