Terms and conditions

1. Entrants must be resident in the UK aged 18 or over. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must comment on the competition post on www.Facebook.com/LiverpoolFC 'tagging' the person they would bring with them should they win. The Prize Draw is free, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household per draw. 

2. Entries must be submitted by 23.59 hours GMT on 24th May 2015 (the "Closing Date"). The Promoter is not responsible for any entries submitted late, or delayed or lost in transmission.

3. There will be 1 (one) Winner, who will win 2 (two) places at the Vauxhall Liverpool FC Fan v Fan Match 2015.

4. The Winner will receive a Prize which consists of, 2 (two) places in one of 2 (two) teams of 15 players to play up to 45 minutes each way of a game on the pitch at the Liverpool FC Academy due to be held on Friday 19th June 2015.  The Winner/Winning participant (pursuant to Condition 4) must be available from the morning of Friday 19th June 2015. 1 (one) match kit each will also be provided for the Winners and their guest, which consists of 1 x shirt, 1 x pair of shorts, and 1 x pair of socks.  Although every effort will be made to place people in their preferred playing position, this cannot be guaranteed.  Full details on timing and itinerary will be provided to the Winners at the time of notification.  The Winners is required to provide their own football boots and shin pads,PLEASE NOTE:  under the Facilities Rules and Regulations; no blades must be worn on the pitch.  Anyone who arrives with blades will not be able to take part.  The Winner/Winning participant (pursuant to Condition 4) will be provided with edited footage of the pre/post match game, which will be sent within 28 days after the game. The Winner/Winning participant and their guest (pursuant to Condition 4) will be required to sign a Form of Disclaimer prior to the football activity, confirming that the Winner or the Winning participant is fit and healthy to participate in this activity both for the Promoter and the Academy. The Winner/Winning participant must be able to provide proof of identity in respect to their age in the form of a full UK driving licence (photo card driving licence) or passport (where no photo card driving licence). Please note that where a Winner is Female, due to The FA Regulations, mixed football teams with players over the age of 11 are not permitted, and therefore the Female Entrant is required to submit their 'plus one' as a Male participant, to participate (the Winning participant) in the game in her place). Transport to and from the venue, car parking and any food and drink other than that already mentioned in the Prize will be at the Winners' own cost, any other costs incurred over and above this will not be covered by the Promoter.

5. The winner will be randomly selected by an adjudicator (appointed by the Promoter) from all the entry submissions received by the Closing Date in respect to this Promotion, and any other promotion relating to the same Prize. The Prize Draw will take place on 26th May 2015. The Winner will be notified Facebook inbox message and mobile phone within 2 days of the adjudicator's decision. The decision of the independent adjudicator is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners must accept the prize within 24hrs, failure to do so will result in another Winner being selected.

6. It is the Winners' responsibility to be available on Friday 19th June 2015. If the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 24hrs of the adjudicators' decision, or if a Winner refuses the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right (without liability therefore) to award the Prize to another entrant by random selection in accordance with the principles set out in Condition 5.

7. There are no cash alternatives or other alternatives for the Prize. Dates are set and the Prizes are non-transferable, and, unless otherwise stated herein, only valid for use by the named Winners (save that this will be different if a winning entry is Female, as set out in Condition 4).

8. Events may occur that render the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and the Winner agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value, should this prove necessary.

9. A list of the name and county of the Winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Marketing - LMS2015063, General Motors UK Limited t/a Vauxhall, Griffin House UK1-103-315, Osborne Road, Bedfordshire, Luton, LU1 3YT, to those persons sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope between 20th and 30th June 2015.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the Prize Draw, if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control. Times and Dates specified maybe subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any of the Winners/Winning participants on grounds of behaviour at any time during the fulfilment of the Prize.

11. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or personal injury or death occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of the Prize.

12. The information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that you have legal capacity to enter the Prize Draw and agree to these rules, and that you confirm that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions, of which the application instructions, form part.  In order to claim a Prize, a Winner/ Winning participant must not be subject to a ban preventing her participant from attending football or other sporting events. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which breaches any of these Terms and Conditions (including a Entrant using a false name or address), and in its sole discretion may decide to award the relevant Prize to the next to another Winner chosen by random selection in accordance with Condition 5.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to photograph, and video and use the name of a Winner for the purpose of publicity and in the form of edited footage in accordance with Condition 4 (without charge), and the Winner hereby consents to the same and grants an exclusive licence to the Promoter to use the likeness, of a Winner and to procure that the Winning Participant shall provide equivalent consents (in accordance with Condition 4 (without charge)), in all territories. The Winner/Winning participant consents to the Promoter contacting him/her via his/her email address and or mobile phone for the purposes of Condition 5 above (if applicable).

14. Facebook does not endorse Vauxhall products and no information relating to the Entrant is collected on behalf of or passed onto Facebook, and Facebook is not otherwise associated with this Promotion.

15. Employees of General Motors Limited t/a Vauxhall Motors, its associated companies, dealers, their families or any agencies or person connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible for entry into this online Prize Draw.
