Seven new images were today released by Operation Resolve as part of the ongoing appeal for potential witnesses at Hillsborough who officers would like to speak to on behalf of the coroner.

A number of pictures have been shared with the public since April, showing people who assisted some of those who tragically lost their lives at the stadium disaster 26 years ago.

This is the sixth tranche of photographs to be released, with exactly half of the individuals sought - 33 from 66 - having been identified from the images to date.

Just one person now remains unidentified from the first appeal launched on April 23.

Today's release involves seven images being provided of five people that investigators need to talk to.

The public are asked to visit www.operationresolve.co.uk to view the full gallery of pictures and they can also call 08000 283284 if they can identify an image.
