Emre Can provided an assist as Germany U21s produced a superb display to sink Denmark 3-0 in the UEFA U21 European Championships in Prague on Saturday night.

Liverpool's No.23 was a commanding presence as he played the opening 77 minutes of the contest before being substituted.

After netting in the opening 1-1 draw with Serbia, Can provided a superb pass to allow captain Kevin Volland to add the opening goal on 32 minutes.

Volland netted again with a fantastic free-kick before Matthias Ginter fired the third goal to send Germany top of Group A.

Can's Germany face their final group game on Tuesday night when they take on the hosts Czech Republic.
