A month of five games started with European action when Jordon Ibe netted his first goal for the club during the 1-0 Europa League win in Rubin Kazan.
Despite the Anfield defeat to Crystal Palace, Jürgen Klopp's charges responded in fine style with a magnificent display to sink defending Premier League champions Manchester City 4-1 at the Etihad.
Qualification for the last 32 of the Europa League was then secured with a 2-1 Anfield win over Bordeaux, before the month ended with another home victory over Swansea City.
