Exclusive footage: Pre-season gets underway at Melwood
Pre-season kicked off at Melwood on Saturday and the LFCTV GO cameras were at Liverpool’s training base to provide exclusive footage for subscribers.
Jürgen Klopp and his staff oversaw the opening day of preparations for 2016-17 with a squad that included summer arrivals Marko Grujic, Loris Karius, Sadio Mane and Joel Matip.
It marked the first step on the road to full fitness in time for the start of the campaign – which sees the Reds travel to Arsenal in the Premier League in mid-August.
