5: Garcia sends the Reds to Istanbul (Anfield, May 2005)
In May 2005, Jose Mourinho's Chelsea stood between Liverpool and the Champions League final. The all-English tie was settled by the boot of Spaniard as Luis Garcia scored his most important goal for the Reds.
After just four minutes, the Liverpool No.10 poked the ball into the net from a few yards out before William Gallas desperately hooked it away.
The goal was given and Liverpool were on the way to Istanbul.
