Daniel Sturridge scored just 56 seconds after coming off the bench to net his first league goal of the season in this 4-1 win at Anfield.
The Liverpool striker pounced on Ryan Shawcross' poor backpass before rounding goalkeeper Lee Grant and slotting home to register the Reds' 100th league goal in just 48 games under Jürgen Klopp.
Adam Lallana had earlier netted from a tight angle and Roberto Firmino scored off the inside of both posts as second-placed Liverpool closed the gap to Premier League leaders Chelsea to six points.
