The third stage of Virgil van Dijk and Georginio Wijnaldum's first day of pre-season involved a workout in the gym at Melwood on Sunday.
After kicking off their programme for the summer with a stretching and exercise session, the Dutch duo undertook their lactate test outside in the sunshine.
A brief break followed, before the Liverpool stars were back at work with the coaching staff inside the training ground.
