Inside Training: Back to business for Reds at Melwood
Hours after recording a victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, it was back to work for Liverpool at Melwood on Tuesday - and you can go behind the scenes of the session in the latest edition of Inside Training.
The Reds gathered at their West Derby base to begin looking ahead to a return to action this weekend when Brighton & Hove Albion visit Anfield on Saturday teatime.
Those who started the 2-0 win against the Eagles undertook a recovery session following their exertions, while the rest of the squad competed in some entertaining small-sided games.
