The brilliantly constructed team move against Manchester City that was finished off by Roberto Firmino has been named Liverpool's Goal of the Month for January.

Firmino stooped to nod in Andy Robertson's volleyed cross to equalise for the Reds in the 2-1 defeat at the Etihad Stadium on January 3.

The Brazilian's header was the final touch of a free-flowing passing sequence and duly won the fan poll to determine Liverpool's best goal last month.

Mohamed Salah's first against Crystal Palace at Anfield finished second in the vote, with Sadio Mane's opener versus Leicester City in third place.

Mane's ultimately decisive strike in the 4-3 win over Palace and Divock Origi's powerful drive at Wolverhampton Wanderers in the FA Cup completed the top five - which you can watch again in the video above.
