One to watch: Krisztian Adorjan
We've asked seven experts to pick a young player to watch for 2011-12, with their selections featuring on .tv over the course of this week. Today, official website commentator Steve Hunter chooses a man who clocked up the assists this season.
Player profile: A skilful front man with the ability to both score and create, Adorjan was an integral figure in the U18s' title challenge in 10-11.
He laid on no fewer than 18 goals for his teammates, claiming more assists than anyone else in the squad, in addition to netting eight times himself.
His form saw him break into the reserve-team squad this season, and he'll hope to continue his progress next term under Rodolfo Borrell.
Steve Hunter says: Krisztian is a player I would put forward as one to watch out for in the future.
He is the man that makes the U18s tick. He has a superb footballing brain and a wonderful eye for a pass, as we all witnessed with the throughball to Henoc Mukendi in our final game of the season against Wolves.
Krisztian might not be blessed with great pace but in his case he has the speed of thought and that gives him a major advantage over the opponent.
I always enjoy watching him play and hopefully in 2011-12 he will get the chance to play at a higher level with the reserve team.
