One ticket number will be selected at random during halftime and then announced inside the stadium. If you have the winning ticket then you and a guest of your choice  will receive an all expenses paid trip to meet the world's greatest basketball player.

Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and employees or family members of any of their subsidiaries are ineligible to enter.  Any such entries will be invalid.

4. In order to enter the draw, you must purchase a match ticket for and be present at the Liverpool FC vs. Guangdong Sunray Cave match on Wednesday, 13^th July in Guangzhou, China (the "Match").

5. Each eligible Match ticket will be automatically entered for the draw.  Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.  Only persons 18 years or older are eligible to win.  Buying a Match Ticket and/or attending the Match infers no obligation on you to accept the prize.

6. The first ticket selected at random at halftime of the Match will win the opportunity for the winner and one (1) guest to meet LeBron James in China in August, date and venue to be confirmed.  The Promoter will assume all costs relating to the winner and their guest's flights, accommodation and reasonable food and beverage requirements only during their one night stay in China. No other costs are included in the prize.

7. The winner will be notified at halftime of the match by the public address system or videoboard at the stadium after the random draw has taken place. The winner shall have until one hour after the end of the match to claim the prize. Failure to respond for delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

9.  The Promoter may use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, to withdraw or to amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

11.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents, exclude any liability they may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition.
