Who are Valerenga?

Valerenga are a Norwegian football club from Oslo. They'll celebrate their centenary in 2013.
The team play at the Ullevaal Stadion, a 25,000-seater stadium which is also home to the Norway national side.
The side currently sit mid-table in the Norwegian Tippeliga having played 15 games.
Former players known to English fans include former Chelsea striker Tore Andre Flo, John Carew and ex-Tottenham man Steffen Iversen.
Of the current squad, three players have represented English sides. Goalkeeper Lars Hirschfeld was on the books of Tottenham in 2002, striker Luton Shelton played for Sheffield United in 2007 and Fredrik Stoor played for Fulham for three years and also went on loan to Derby County during that time.
Liverpool last met Valerenga in a friendly in 2008. Goals from Xabi Alonso, Fernando Torres, Yossi Benayoun and David Ngog secured a 4-1 win for the Reds. The sides drew 0-0 in 2000, whilst Liverpool beat their Norwegian counterparts 4-1 in 1987 and again in 1999 during the 'Norway Cup'.
Valerenga play in red and blue. This stems from 1914 when the club bought a set of red and blue left over kits from the Norwegian State Railways. The club first played in moss green.
Their last title win came in 2005 when they finished just one point above IK Start.
The club's most successful spell came during the 80s as they won three League Championships and also made it to three cup finals, winning one of them. The team won their first ever Norwegian title in 1965.
With 10,000 'Clan' members, Valerenga have the biggest supporters club in Norway.
