Ladies star meets aspiring footballers at local school
Liverpool Ladies striker Mollie Green paid a special visit to Cowley High School in St Helens this week to meet aspiring young female footballers as the Liverpool FC Foundation supported the Premier League's women and girls football project.
Green joined in with the LFC Foundation’s coaching session as well as fielding questions from the youngsters in attendance.
She said: “It is brilliant to be able to attend local events in the community and meet so many young female footballers.
“Since I began playing when I was younger, the game has grown from strength to strength with more female football teams then ever, which is fantastic for the women’s game.”
