Liverpool are reportedly keeping a close eye on Adam Bogdan's situation at Bolton after the goalkeeper's impressive FA Cup display against the Reds on Saturday.

The Mail have claimed that Brendan Rodgers' side are monitoring Bogdan, who is out of contract at the end of the season and claimed to be hesitant to sign a new deal at Bolton.

The 27-year-old made just his second appearance for the Championship team since August in the goalless draw against Liverpool after losing his place to number one choice Andy Lonergan.

But with Bogdan having made a number of brilliant saves against the Reds on Saturday, Rodgers' side are now said to be keen on the goalkeeper.

Liverpool, though, will face competition from 'several' Bundesliga teams after scouts were reported to have attended Anfield to watch the 27-year-old in action.
