Reds want Lucas Moura

The Brazilian came close to joining Manchester United in 2012 and is understood to be open to a switch to the Premier League in the near future.

According to French magazine Le 10 Sport, Liverpool have made contact with PSG about the possibility of a January deal and Jurgen Klopp is keen to get the 23-year-old on board at Anfield.

Moura signed for PSG in 2013 and has made over 100 appearances for the Ligue 1 giants.

He remains a key member of Laurent Blanc's squad and the French champions will be reluctant sellers.

However, it is understood Moura is keen on working under the highly-rated Klopp and the Reds are expected to make a concrete bid next month.
