Liverpool closing in on PL striker
Liverpool are closing in on the signing of West Brom striker Saido Berahino, according to reports.
Berahino is still believed to be unsettled at the Hawthorns having tried to a force a move away from the club in the summer.
And according to Fichajes – via the Liverpool Echo – Liverpool are closing in on a surprise move for the striker.
The 22-year-old was understood to be close to Tottenham in the summer, but it now appears that the Reds have stolen a march on their Premier League rivals.
