Liverpool and Tottenham are monitoring 20-year-old Yasin Ben El-Mhanni, who has just started a trial at Crystal Palace.

The forward, who impressed this season for Ryman Premier League side Lewes, has recently spent time with West Brom.

His form at the East Sussex club attracted scouts from a number of Premier League and Championship sides and El-Mhanni has earned the nickname ‘the non-League Riyad Mahrez’ for his pace and skill.

The winger’s tricks have previously been featured on Nike commercials alongside Barcelona star Neymar.

El-Mhanni operates primarily on the left wing, but can also play as an attacking midfielder or on the opposite flank.

As a teenager, London-born El-Mhanni played in the youth teams of Barnet and Aldershot, before moving on to Farnborough and then Ryman League Lewes, where his performances have attracted attention.

El-Mhanni is also a YouTube sensation for his outrageous skills, attracting tens of thousands of hits.
