Reds 'on alert' for Dennis Praet

Jurgen Klopp was interested in signing Praet during January but Liverpool failed to make a concrete bid for the 21-year-old.

Belgium's U21 coach, Enzo Scifo, has hinted Praet could leave Anderlecht in the summer.

"About Praet, I can say he is ready to embark on an adventure with a top club,” Scifo said.

Praet's agent, Jacques Lichtenstein, has already suggested his client wants to leave the Belgian club at the end of the season.

"What can he gain by spending one more season at Anderlecht?" Lichtenstein said.
