Schalke defender on Liverpool rumours
Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac has cooled talk that he is set to sign for Liverpool.
The left-back has been scouted by the Reds this season as Jurgen Klopp looks to bolster his squad this summer.
Kolasinac has been watched several times by Liverpool and an offer was expected to be lodged at the end of the season.
However, the 22-year-old has now played down talks that he is about to leave and instead revealed a desire to extend his contract.
"At Schalke I found a second home and my desire is to renew the contract," Kolasinac told Sky Deutschland.
