He conditioned the team for 43 games under the Dutchman, 109 during Heynckes' all-conquering stint and has overseen fitness in 151 matches thus far under Guardiola.
He is a specialist in creating individual rehabilitation programmes, strengthening the the likes of Franck Ribery, Philipp Lahm and Mario Gotze after sideline spells.
As Klopp gears up for his first complete campaign at the Reds' helm and prepares for an intensive pre-season, Kornmayer will be a crucial element to ensuring Liverpool are able to deal with the demands of the manager's 'full-throttle' approach in 2016-17.
Andy O'Boyle, who has been filling in since Morgans' exit, will continue in the role until the appointment takes effect.
