Chelsea join Liverpool in race for Ben Arfa

According to French publication L’Equipe, the Londoners will have to contend with the Merseyside club, AC Milan and Villarreal for the 29-year-old’s signature.

After controversial periods with Newcastle United and Hull City, the winger has returned to his best form with the Ligue 1 outfit.

The Frenchman has 16 goals and four assists in 30 league appearances this season, as he pushes to be involved in France’s Euro 2016 campaign.
