Liverpool and Atletico chasing Monaco starlet
Atletico Madrid and Liverpool are ready to battle it out for Monaco starlet Thomas Lemar.
The winger, who has been capped six times for France at U21 level, has enjoyed an impressive season in Ligue 1.
The 20-year-old has bagged five goals, while he has also weighed in with three assists.
And, according to L'Equipe, Atletico Madrid and Liverpool both want to snap up Lemar this summer.
The pair made enquiries back in January, but Monaco were reluctant to do business during the middle of the season.
However, the French side are now willing to sell if they receive an offer which matches their valuation of over £10m.
