Reds considering move for Gianluigi Buffon
Liverpool are pondering a move for Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon as Jurgen Klopp seeks a new goalkeeper this summer.
That is according to reports in Italy, which say Anfield chiefs are mulling over a swoop for the 40-year-old whose future is uncertain.
Buffon is set to hold a press conference regarding his future on Thursday with rumours he may not hang up his gloves as was initially expected.
And that could open the door for Liverpool, who are looking for another shot-stopper to challenge Loris Karius for the number one spot.
The Reds take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final next week - a competition Buffon has failed to win during his illustrious career.
