Liverpool target completes medical checks
Ibrahima Konate has already completed some of his medical tests ahead of his proposed move to Liverpool this summer, according to reports in France.
Earlier this week, reports claimed that the Premier League champions were on the verge of agreeing a deal for the 21-year-old, who has a £34 million release clause.
Liverpool’s campaign has been severely hampered by long-term injuries to Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip, and Jurgen Klopp’s side are now prioritising a new central defender ahead of the summer window.
