12 days to go: Fowler and 10,000 fans experience the new Main Stand
Robbie Fowler joined more than 10,000 Liverpool supporters in sampling Anfield's new and expanded Main Stand this afternoon.
The second of two test events ahead of the stand's official opening - which comes when the Reds host Leicester City on Saturday September 10 - featured Fowler assisting with a joint training session between Liverpool Ladies and the U23s.
Fans, including Olympic gold medallist Sam Quek, were also able to experience some of the stand's new premium facilities.
