Joe Gomez set to miss Audi Cup games
Joe Gomez will miss out on Liverpool's fixtures in the Audi Cup due to a minor knee issue.
The young defender sustained the injury during the Reds' 3-0 victory over Hertha BSC at the Olympiastadion on Saturday.
And he will be not be risked during Tuesday's meeting with Bayern Munich, or the clash with either Atletico Madrid or Napoli the following day as a result.
"He will be missing from the next few games," manager Jürgen Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com.
"It is nothing too serious, a little issue with his knee picked up in the [Hertha] game.
"But we will take no risk with him."
