ATALANTA V LIVERPOOL FC – TICKET COLLECTION PROCESS FAQs

Why has the decision been made to implement a Ticket Collection process for this game?  

The collection plan is aimed to improve safety and security with host clubs knowing exactly who’s in the stadium. It will also ensure the maximum number of supporters will be able to see the Reds on their European travels.

 

What happens if I provide incorrect details when completing the online form when booking my tickets?

Unfortunately, any errors cannot be rectified once your booking is complete. We cannot stress enough that all supporters check the following before completing their purchase:

  • Check that you have entered the correct supporter details on the online form for the person attending and collecting their ticket.
  • Check that you have provided different supporter details against every ticket in your booking.
  • Take your time and review the details you have provided against each ticket before completing your booking to make sure every ticket is assigned a different name.

CHANGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR BOOKING AND YOUR TICKET(S) WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.

 

When will I be notified of the collection point details?

Further details will be sent on Tuesday 16 April to the email address and mobile number of every supporter named on the online form as attending the game.

 

Which documents do I need to bring in order to collect my ticket?

Before we can issue your ticket, you will need to provide all of the following:

  • A copy of the email that will be sent on Tuesday 16 April (hard copy or on your mobile phone).
  • Photo ID, e.g. Valid Photocard Driver's Licence/Valid Passport/National Identity Card or Citizen Card

Although not a requirement, a copy of the ticket purchase confirmation email sent to the person that made the booking may be requested. 

Please note in the event of any queries or discrepancies you may also be asked to provide us with proof of address. Tickets will only be issued at the discretion of the Manager.

 

Can I collect all tickets within the same booking from the collection point?

No, tickets must be collected by each individual supporter whose details have been entered on the online form.

For the avoidance of doubt, supporters can only collect their own ticket.  Photo ID must also correspond with the details provided on the online form for the person attending the game when the booking was made. Tickets will not be issued if these details do not match.

 

There is more than one ticket within my booking, do we all have to turn up together at the collection point?

No, it is not necessary for you to arrive together but each supporter collecting will be required to collect their own ticket and provide the relevant photo ID.

 

What happens if I cannot attend?  

The purchase and match credit will be cancelled from the supporter account the ticket was purchased against, with no refund given.
