Travel and Parking

Coaches

Supporters can book coach travel via the National Express website, which offers point to point services from across the UK for supporters travelling to the King Power Stadium.

Car Parking at the stadium

  • Car parking is available in Car Park D at the King Power Stadium. All car parking is

unsegregated and must be pre-booked here. Parking at the stadium is available at a cost of £20 per vehicle.

  • Please note that access to the stadium car parks will be impacted by match day safety and security arrangements. No access will be permitted after 16:00 (1hour prior to kick off).
  • Please note that there will be no exit from the car parks until one hour after final

whistle.

  • Blue badge holders are advised to pre-book parking, and to stipulate any accessibility

requirements. Car parking must be pre-booked before the matchday - late requests cannot be facilitated.

City Centre Parking

  • Please note that there will be no official pay-on-the-day car parking options at the King Power Stadium; as such, supporters are also advised to explore Leicester City Council’s City Centre parking options at Where to park (leicester.gov.uk).
  • A handy map showing car park locations and walking times from the King Power Stadium can also be found here.

Public Transport

  • The King Power Stadium is located within 1.2 miles (a 25-minute walk) from Leicester rail

station which is served by East Midlands Railway and CrossCountry rail services.

  • Supporters arriving from Liverpool can interchange at Crewe, Nuneaton or Birmingham New Street for matchday connections to Leicester rail station. Please check your journey here.
  • The route from the station to the King Power Stadium is well signposted and local buses are in operation within Leicester City Centre for quick and direct links to the stadium. Please go to Choose How You Move for more details.
  • There are no planned closures on the national rail network, with good services operating in and around Leicester on Saturday 30th July. However, it should be noted that there will be high rail demand for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games on the same weekend (for any supporters planning to interchange in Birmingham) and towards London for the Women’s EURO 2022 Final at Wembley Stadium. As such, please plan your journey in advance and check out EMR and CrossCountry for more real-time journey updates on the day.
  • For up to date information relating to travel via train, supporters should check national rail enquiries to ensure there is no disruption to their travel.
