Jürgen Klopp’s men are set to face German side VfB Stuttgart on Saturday August 22 at 5pm BST.
This will be only the second match of any kind between the clubs, following a friendly in August 1980.
The Reds will then take on Austrian champions Salzburg in a friendly at Red Bull Arena on Tuesday August 25, with kick-off at 3pm BST.
Liverpool and Salzburg met in last season’s Champions League group stage, with Klopp’s side winning 4-3 at home and 2-0 away.
